She is a Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor, accredited with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City, with a practice based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Her focus is on helping women and men overcomes their food addictions through gradual changes in diet and lifestyle, with an emphasis on home cooking. She is commetted to showing others that healthy eating can be delicious and fun!
